TMRW is the virtual world design group behind the UAE Health Ministry and the world’s first metaverse customer service center.
TMRW has developed and launched the world’s first government-sanctioned metaverse service center. The metaverse application was designed specifically for the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) and debuted publically on January 25th at the Arab Health and Medlab Middle East Exhibition and Congress 2022.
TMRW’s new simulated digital environment designed for MOHAP spearheads the process of replacing traditional methods of patient-provider communication by eliminating the necessity to visit a clinical practice in person.
Dubbed the Metaverse Customer Happiness Centre, this new patient-provider portal makes it possible for customers to log on to MOHAP’s website and, with the click of a button, instantly access a three-dimensional virtual medical office. The real-time multi-dimensional interface enables the public to access services such as renewing medical licenses, payments, diagnostics appointments, check-ups, and MOHAP-related work are available through this digital and interactive sensory experience, and can be accessed whether or not the user is in the United Arab Emirates.
TMRW’s proprietary 3D platform RealityOS® powers the experience
Bringing the Customer Happiness Centre’s immersive environment to life — and the UAE’s ministry and its constituents together like never before — is the work of the cinematic 3D communications engine platform RealityOS®. RealityOS® provides an unparalleled abstraction of reality through virtualization technologies that unify access to the virtual world by replicating reality – enabling augmentation of both the real and virtual world through spatial and context-aware AI and simulation services running in private or public clouds, the real world is augmented virtually through computations which provide further data about “real” elements; the virtual world is augmented by further sensor data from the “real” world.
Furthering TMRW’s Vision
