At the inaugural meeting of the Alliance for Metaverse and Web3 Empowerment at the Leap Tech Conference Saudi Arabia 2023, our Founder and CEO Cevat Yerli shared his vision of the internet’s third generation, the Internet of Life™. It represents a shift from static 2D web pages to dynamic and immersive 3D spaces. He had the chance to speak to Nicole Cacal, Founder and CEO of Forbes Ignite.

Their conversation centered on how to mesh our real lives with augmented reality, digital twins, and making the world a better place through technology. On the topic of digital twins, Yerli laid out the scenario of city planners wanting to create an urban park. If they could create a virtual layer, citizens can see what effect the park has and interact with it digitally, informing the planning process while doing so. With the digital twin, you turn citizen bystanders into co-creators. With The TMRW Foundation’s focus on creating systems that are inclusive and function without separating devices, we hope to democratize access to Web 3.0 – a core tenet of the Internet of Life™ vision.
